Top Posts of 2021

As the year draws to a close, I always like to take some time to reflect on how far the blog (and myself…and the world) has come.

Though 2021 was still nothing like we’re used to, the world has started to once again open up and that’s reflected in the most visited blog posts of the year…with more populated and distant destinations starting to rejoin the top ranks.

Some may have noticed an overall slow down of postings, both here and on other social media platforms. This change in posting frequency directly coincides with the start of my master’s thesis! I expect it will continue until mid-2022 when the research project concludes.

For now, enjoy this look back over the most popular posts in 2021…and make plans for all your exciting travels in 2022 (I’m thinking Alaska, New York, and Dia de los Muertos in Mexico!).
